We provide comprehensive psychiatric services through a hybrid model that combines face-to-face visits and secure telemedicine to enhance accessibility and flexibility. We offer extended evening hours and appointments every other Saturday to support consistent care. Our offerings include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, APRN-led medication management, and evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation.
We specialize in treating various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, schizoaffective disorder, substance use disorder, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. Every patient receives an individualized plan tailored to their needs. We employ culturally sensitive care and proven practices for optimal outcomes.
We also highlight therapeutic lifestyle interventions, such as stress reduction, mindfulness, and meditation. These strategies empower individuals to actively manage their mental health journey.
